For much of my professional career, I have been heavily immersed in the world of construction projects and more recently health and safety issues arising in the travel industry. Operating very much at the 'sharp end', I have accumulated a wealth of experience as to how construction projects work both practically and financially. My involvement with the travel industry has resulted in many investigations, both in the UK and overseas, of personal injury claims. Such claims have included 'slip and trip' investigations, glazing accidents, swimming pools inspections, balcony falls, building structural failures etc.
Away from work, I have always enjoyed participation in a variety of different sports, as well as enjoying music and travel. It was my love of sport that led me during the 1970s to develop a construction company that specialised in sports orientated construction work.
Much of my time away from the office during a typical working week is spent as a magistrate in St. Albans.
I am a determined character who always tries to deal honestly and fairly with people. I like to think that I am loyal to both friends and clients. I am happily married with 3 children and live in Hertfordshire.
